OYSTER & CHERRY STONE
If you noticed that the oysters or cherry stone have opened already when you received it, you can try to push it lightly or put them into a bowl of water with ice. After about a few minutes, they will close back. If you found out the oyster or cherry stone still opening after you followed the above method, please keep them and take a photos of it and send the photos to our email or WhatsApp. We will reply you and give you a solve method as soon as possible. We recommend that eat the oysters and cherry stones immediate when you received. If you want to keep them for a moment, please place them in Refrigerators (3°C~5°C) and place a towel on them. We will not provide any Oyster Tools but you can purchase them in our store if you need it.
FRESH SASHIMI
Fresh Oysters, Salmon Sashimi and Sea urchin are Fresh Food, you do not need to place them into freezer, just place them into Refrigerators (3°C~5°C) and enjoy them immediately when you received them.
FROZEN FOOD
If you want to defrost frozen meat, you should put it into Refrigerators (3°C~5°C) for a whole night ( about 10 hours). You can defrost them more rapidly with tank water. Just place the frozen food into a bowl and keep turn on the tank, about 15~30mins, it will defrost rapidly. Please do not defrost the food by microwave machine. After defrosting the meat, you can add some salt and pepper before you start to cook. We suggest you to pen fried them about 2mins for each sides. It will be very juicy.
OTHER
We highly recommend that eat the Fresh Oyster between two day after you received them. If you have any questions about the products we sold , please contact us as soon as possible. It you can not make a reflection to us in two days after you received the products. We can not provide any further supports about it. please enjoy the Frozen Seafood or Meat before the expire date. and keep them into the freezer lower than 0°C . We will not accept if we found that you defrost or keep the frozen food by non-correct method or you have not reflect the problems between 7 days after you received the items. Frozen Meat will turn back to red collar from brown after you defrost it. It is because the oxygen affected it. It is a normal situation. Our meat are selling by weight, we can not control the thickness of the meat. it will affect by the weight and it made the shape and the thickness of the meat will be difference, please pay attention on it.
